Thanks for visiting my website.  I have provided information about my approach, style of therapy and some background info about me, to try and assist you in finding a therapist that may be a good fit for you.  I have also included information about EMDR Therapy.  

EMDR is a type of psychotherapy that has been found for many people to be effective in supporting healing from various types of trauma.  EMDR along with other approaches and methods I use, such as mindfulness, somatic awareness, grounding, and visualizations, can support you in healing from the impact of: childhood and adult Trauma, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, PTSD, Depression, Social Anxiety, and phobias.

Therapy and EMDR are processes that are very personal and individual

Women and men, couples - straight, lesbian, gay and queer identified, come to me for therapy for a wide variety of issues.  Some of the issues I have helped people find relief and healing for include: relationship problems, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem, experiences of childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and neglect, food and addiction issues, recovery - 12-step and alternatives.
