Compassion, kindness and non-judgment are essential to the healing process.  I support you in bringing healing to the parts of you that have been wounded and remembering the parts of you that are strong, compassionate, and wise.

 
I am interactive and holistic in my approach and incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, visualizations and somatic awareness into my work, along with other methods that I have found to be effective in supporting healing.  EMDR is an evidence based method that can support you in your healing process. My focus is both on teaching you tools to bring relief to uncomfortable feelings and situations that you may be experiencing right now, while also supporting you in healing the core issues/experiences that are at the root of the difficulties you face today.  We are all unique and I work with you to see what approaches work best for you.
