I believe that compassion and non-judgment are essential to the healing process. I strive to bring those values into my work with you. Together we discuss what’s happening in your life that you want therapy at this time. The way I work is interactive.  I guide you in the process of exploring the issues that are important to you.  I support you in bringing healing to the parts of you that have been wounded and remembering the parts of you that are strong, compassionate, and wise.

EMDR  along with a holistic, mindful, somatic psychotherapy approach, can help you heal from the impact of: Childhood and Adult Trauma, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, PTSD, Depression, Social Anxiety, and phobias.

Therapy and EMDR are processes that are very personal and individual

Women and men, couples - straight, lesbian, gay and queer identified, come to me for therapy for a wide variety of issues.  Some of the issues I have helped people find relief, recover from, find healing for include: relationship problems, trauma (PTSD), anxiety, panic attacksdepression, low self-esteem, rape, ACA, experiences of childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and neglect, food and addiction issues, recovery - 12-step and alternatives.
